WordPress customer service

I am looking for a person to work with an agency on a permanent basis to manage several website projects and related systems.

Mainly in Wordpress + Woo Commerce environment, and Monday.com and Coda.io (similar to Notion)

Your tasks:

• Managing client accounts and acting as the main point of contact for all needs in the website development process.

• Consult with clients to understand their business goals and develop effective actions.

• Defining website goals, target audience and overall digital presence for clients.

• Collaborating with a team of designer, developer, marketing, copywriter to ensure projects meet client expectations.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Possibly conduct meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
