I am looking for a person to configure osTicket in a small 5 person company instead of firmao pl crm:
- upgrade to the latest version
- adding Polish
- setting up customer tickets for incoming e-mails so that everyone who sends an e-mail to office@.... to receive an autoresponder with the number of his case and to assign a supervisor to this case and respond in one tick to ensure continuity
- is it possible to connect google tag manager and ga4 analytics ?
- Configuration of e-mail statuses and reminders about the lack of response from the customer after 3 and 7 days autoe-mail to the customer
- setting project name
- process automation
- information about closing a ticket for a client
- is it possible to integrate with gestor nexo pro ?
- is it possible to integrate with prestashop 3 stores ?
- is it possible to integrate with wordpress 2 pages cms ?
