Job description
There are 60 test questions to be submitted. I would like them to appear sequentially: question, illustration graphics and answers. Questions and answers as animated text, hand-drawn graphics in whiteboard style. The text that appears is to be read by a voiceover (preferably a speech synthesizer).
I have the text and illustration graphics in jpg. The rest on the side of the contractor. I submit that each question is about 30 seconds of animation plus of course some intro.
Please provide me with a quote and a portfolio with similar realizations .
