I need a web store for the sale of up to 50 ski products (skis, helmets, small clothing)

+ a sub-site with the basic possibility of booking from the calendar the dates of skiing lessons for beginners and advanced (the possibility of setting from CMS how many dates available on what day)

+ sub-page with equipment rental (about 50 items) . The ability to put in the shopping cart and pay immediately for the reservation or book with payment on delivery. (it would be nice to connect the store (but it is not a necessary requirement) with my warehouse program, so that the reserved skis immediately go out of stock).
