Job description
I will commission a graphic design of the holiday resort plan, including:
• various types of houses (4-5 types) - currently 64 houses, ultimately 78
• outdoor pool
• 2 jacuzzi tubs
• a mini sports ground
• 3 playgrounds
• 2 playrooms for children
• monkey grove
• room - the land of video games
• mini golf course
• recreational area with trampolines, beach volleyball court, tables
• bike rentals
• reception desks
• parking
• gastronomy - pizzeria, cocktail bar and ice cream parlor
The map must also include:
• rope park (opposite the resort)
• indicative access to the sea
• bicycle path (in front of the center)
• promenade (in front of the center)
• info about the distance from the store
We would like the houses and attractions to be visually similar to the actual view, for the map to be drawing but as true as possible.
the graphics will be used both on the website and in print
"Drawing" graphics on an example basis as in the attached photos.
I also attach the current map of the center + destination map.
Due to the fact that the design of the center is developmental and every year there are new houses and attractions, we finally need a version editable in a graphic program (preferably Photoshop or Corel). Preferably two versions - current and target, where we will edit the current one by adding attractions / houses to finally reach the target version of the resort.
