I would like to request an e-book: The 100 most common managerial mistakes and how to avoid making them.
This book should cover a wide range of mistakes, including those related to communication (soft mistakes) and more concrete issues like budgeting, management techniques, and tools (hard mistakes). The content can be based on commonly searched topics and unconventional advice found in specialized publications for managers or platforms like Quora. It would be beneficial to incorporate relevant statistics as well.
Furthermore, I would like to include two references to Useme in the e-book. The first reference would highlight the option of finding freelancers on Useme as a solution when avoiding task delegation. For instance, even when you prefer not to burden your team or delegate extra work to them, you can utilize platforms like Useme to outsource tasks effectively. The second reference should emphasize the value of streamlining processes, such as simplifying work contracts and involving legal and accounting teams through the Useme platform.
Regarding the character limit, I'm aiming for around 20,000 characters.
Ideally, I would like to have the Polish version of the text ready by November 22. If it's possible to provide both versions (Polish and English), that would be fantastic, but it's not a strict requirement. Of course, the sooner the text is ready, the better.
