Job description

I will commission an experienced professional to create an application in AppSheet with data integration from Google Sheets. The application is to work on both mobile devices (smartphones) and computers, supporting 5-8 users.

Project scope:

Database:

Application based on 3-4 tables in Google Sheets:

Customers: personal information, addresses, locations.

Equipment: equipment information, status, rental costs, equipment numbering.

Orders: assignment of equipment to customers, rental schedules.

Functionalities:

Driver routing: with Google Maps integration, route planning.

Customer location display: on Google map.

Forms: entering and editing customer, equipment and order data.

Photo documentation: taking photos with saving to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Reporting: optional function to generate reports based on data.

Required functions:

Application functionalities: Driver routing: route planning based on customer locations, with Google Maps integration. Displaying customer locations on a map: displaying customer positions on Google maps, with navigation. Forms: intuitive forms for entering customer, equipment and order data. Photo documentation: ability to take photos in the app (e.g., for equipment condition documentation), with the option to save to Google Drive or Dropbox. Reporting (optional): ability to generate reports based on data, e.g. rental summary, equipment status. Data grouping: equipment statuses, customers. Views: kanban, list, calendar, grid.
