The task is to build a CRM application system for the company Index in Pocket - organizing educational courses stationary, webinar and e-learning platform in the form of self-study.

The application can be built from scratch or we are open to recommending a "boxed" solution and comprehensive assistance in integrating this solution to achieve the desired effect.

Required functions:

- integration with the enrollment confirmation form filled out from indexwkieszeni.pl - courseware file with a set of editable features pulled from the form - assignment of payments based on csv or psd2 with bank account / perhaps also payment gateway - listing of leads with the feature "in claim" in a dedicated panel - dashboard panel (conversion statistics, number of enrolled per courses, financial data, etc) - list of class groups with list of participants (eventually: user accounts for leads and online diaries) - aggregate schedule of classes (possibility to enter it into crm, creation of class groups) - e-mail correspondence enlistment to lead file (integration with cyberfolks) - automatic creation of class reminder messages based on a set of characteristics of a given class group - automatic transfer of information to GetResponse about the current characteristics of leads (if the characteristics of a given lead are updated, it is also updated in GetResponse)
