I will commission the creation of a bot that will be able to release arrows to defined numbers to determine whether a number is active or not and sort into the appropriate group. This can be done via computer, phone, internal api, it doesn't matter, the most important thing is that it has these functions and does not create additional costs with each call (I assume I have a card with unlimited calls). The database to be verified has about 12 thousand records and ideally it would be possible to verify it all in 1 day once a month.
