Job description
Implementation of the BITRIX24 system for a construction and development company to automate work and optimize processes in the administration, marketing, service, project management, internal communication and material ordering departments. In addition, implementation of a module to manage customer changes and additional orders.
Scope of Work:
Administration: Configuration of a document management module and integration with external email.
Marketing: CRM integration with Facebook and WhatsApp, automation of lead generation.
Service Department: Setting up processes for handling claims, automating task assignment.
Project Management: Implementation of project management module, creation of milestones and assignment of tasks.
Communications: Implement internal communication tools for about 20 people.
Material Ordering: Automation of the material ordering process.
Changes and Additional Orders: Creating a module to effectively manage changes and additional orders from customers.
