I help companies improve customer onboarding, trainings, and workshops — especially when the process becomes chaotic or difficult to scale.

For 10+ years, I’ve worked in SaaS AdTech and EdTech in roles connected with onboarding, implementation, customer support, and training. Currently, I lead onboarding projects for schools worldwide as an Implementation Specialist.

Recently, I redesigned onboarding for a group of 100 schools by introducing workshop-style training instead of repeated 1-2-1 sessions.

My focus is simple: training should help people actually understand the product and start using it confidently — not just survive another Zoom presentation.
