Learn more about paying freelancers with Useme.

  • Yes. After you fill in the invoice details, your freelancer will need to log in to Useme to confirm they completed the work.

    Account setup takes just a few minutes.

  • Yes. They have a similar feature on their end. The freelancer enters the invoice details, and we send them to you for approval.
  • You can choose between traditional bank transfers and card payments (including Google Pay and Apple Pay).

    Useme doesn’t offer a prepaid wallet or balance-based system – you can’t pay in advance.

  • Yes. You can choose which payments to group, and you’ll get a single summary invoice.
  • There are no upfront or subscription fees. You only pay when you actually settle a deal with a freelancer.

    For deals in USD, EUR, and GBP, the service fee is 4.99% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of 9 USD/EUR/GBP and a maximum of 99 USD/EUR/GBP per transaction.

  • You can choose from four currencies for your payment and invoice: USD, EUR, GBP, or PLN.

    Your freelancer can receive payment in their local currency, even if it differs from the currency on your invoice.

    Note: Conversion fees may apply when currencies don't match.

  • Useme is based in Poland and operates under European Union regulations.
