I am a bilingual translator (POL/ENG) with particular passion for audiovisual translations and subtitles. I can provide standard translations of articles, scrips and websites however I also provide an audiovisual adjustment service where I ensure the translation fits well within the time constraints of specific frames of a video making the job of a VO artist that much easier and the editing process a lot smoother.
I have worked on projects which included film and TV subtitles (TVP: The Crown of the Kings, Our Century, NETFLIX: Surfer's Time, A Comedy about Marriage, TVP WORLD: Vot Tak Kratko) audioguides, national geographic documentary scripts, medical training videos and an array of adverts and websites.
My professional background outside translation work includes home interiors, luxury food and fashion retail as well as business leadership and coaching which gives me a well-rounded understanding of language nuances.
Project involved a translation from Polish to English and audiovisual adjustments to ensure the English text fits within correct frames of the video
Project included proofreading the English translation of an audioguide for the Warsaw Vodka Museum. Aside from grammatical corrections a style adjustment was needed to make the text fit within the standard UK audioguide recording format.
