The first advantage that comes to my mind is that i can wear many hats :) i have several years of experience in HR, process automation, operatinal area and administration. I consider myself as a multitasker - i can easily organize an event for 100 people, conduct the recruitment process, manage your schedule, craft a contract (legal education), create advanced commands in excel, help you with the report in BI, build from scratch aesthetic graphic in canva or write an article about compelling desireable topic. My sells points are well-organization, assertivness, adaptation and versatality.
