About me

Hi, I'm Ami. I turn unclear projects into something that runs. I work in project and operations management across logistics, e-commerce, and product teams in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Strengths: - Project and program management from kickoff to delivery, with clear ownership and escalation - PMO setup, governance, risk and dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting - SOPs, trackers, and process documentation a team can pick up without asking - E-commerce and logistics operations, market entry, vendor and 3PL coordination - Research & Market Entry strategy

I also work in UI/UX and web design, so I can run a website or store build knowing what the design and development actually involve.

I'm available for live collaboration and meetings from 8:00 to 11:00 AM ET, Monday to Friday. Based in Jakarta.
