About me

I am self disciplined person with quite big experience if it comes to the client’s support.

I am disciplined, responsible and optimistic person. I always try to please the customer and solve his or her problem. I have got experience in solving client’s technical problem, gathering feedback from clients, contribute to knowledge base documentation. Also I am multitasking person and I have got experience with helpdesk software and Hubspot.

I also finished one year graphic course hence I know tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure (UX/UI prototyping) and I have experience with image formats and web/mobile designs (I finished intern).

Recently I opened my own online store and now besides full time job I run my own business and supervise it and also create projects. I am conducting FB and Instagram fanpages.

I even wrote my own book which is available abroad - "Rehabilitation equipment in veterinary medicine". When I finish one project I have to create a new one in few minutes to be glad.
