What will be the cost? What is the deadline for implementation?
Prepare a system/base that will return information on who to route the call to after our query. Example:
A customer calls. The machine asks him to enter the postal code
The customer enters the code by tone, e.g. 11111
We send this postal code by JSON query to the system/customer database
The system/customer database returns a response (also JSON) that the postal code 11111 should be directed to employee X
We route the call to employee X
