Job description

I am looking for a person who will make a landing page on WP, with the text of the agreement, where the user will enter the data in the selected fields, and then sign at the bottom (with a mouse/key), after which the agreement will download in PDF (there will be an archive in the backend) and send automatically to the indicated emails.

An additional functionality would be to allow the generation of private URLs to the contract form (the idea is to send a new user an individual link to the contract form). For example, sending from the WP backend an invitation to fill out a contract form, where there will be an individual URL.
