New Square is looking for an architect to design modern single-family houses according to the following guidelines:

Project Scope:

Number of buildings: 44 single-family houses.

Type of buildings: Single-family houses of 4 units, with the possibility of expansion to 6 units, in accordance with the local development plan (LDP).

Modification of existing project: We currently have preliminary visualizations of semi-detached houses. The new design requires adaptation to 4 units in one building.

Flexibility of configuration: The design must allow for different configurations of combinations of units, such as two units downstairs together or downstairs and upstairs together.

Preliminary visualizations: We have preliminary visualizations that can serve as a starting point for further work.
