Remodeling project of the exterior wall of a semi-detached house

I am looking for an architectural firm (architect + structural engineer) to prepare a project for remodeling the exterior wall of a semi-detached house. The project will consist of widening two window openings (as attached). I am looking for a company from Krakow or surrounding areas that can come to the site for a visual inspection. Unfortunately, I do not have the original construction project from the developer, only the following information:

- external walls ceramic insulated with 12cm polystyrene foam

- reinforced concrete ceilings

I am looking for full support throughout the process:

- determining the possibility of redevelopment

- preparation of the project

- submission of the project to the relevant offices
