The interior design should be made as 3D visualizations. I expect an initial consultation to discuss style and functional preferences. Office interior design. There is one room 5x7 m, retro style, 1 brick wall, two balconies, townhouse. I am looking for a solution based on the furniture I have plus a possible addition. I want to focus more on the color scheme of the walls, so that the space seems like an interesting whole, plus I need to separate a non-invasive part of the room with some wall of furniture or other idea. We have 5 desks ( including one place for the manager), I need a place with a sofa/chairs for clients, and a visually separated room for signing contracts, a closet for documents. I am far from lamellas, concrete, marble and those atmospheres. Earl chairs are out :) I would like to achieve a pleasant effect of exclusive retro but also a bit eclectic :) I'm looking for a ready-made solution in the sense without custom design of furniture, etc., I make no secret that I have a limited budget - I'm moving from a place in which I have already invested a lot...Photos of the office and furniture I will send to those interested.

Hello, I am looking for a person who is able to conduct a course ( detailed step-by-step explanation with practice ) I want the person interested to be able to explain how the program works, how to use it, how to prepare the appropriate design documentation. At the beginning visualizations of rooms and gardens ( but if you can also create projects of objects such as houses with full documentation will also be cool if not it is difficult ) Please in your reply give me your rate , the program in which you work and your portfolio, estimated time how much you need to explain widomo it may be hard to determine but a range would make things easier with the deadline :).
