I am looking for a consultant to build openai chatgpt assistants preferably familiar with the uchat platform and the topic of intent.

I am building a chatbot in uchat integrated with openai for a client and would like to get some questions answered. Such as how to ask questions and receive data to variables and how to set up the bot logic to be user friendly.
