I have a cloned SSL drive containing a win xp system with programs that run on an old computer (ASUS) in a win XP environment. (There is no way to upgrade this computer)

I would like to run this drive as an external drive on a newer computer in Win 10 or if possible this drive with win XP directly as the main drive on a newer computer.

From the information I found you need to configure it and run it in Virtual Machine or similar.

I am open to other suggestions for solutions to run this disk with programs on another newer computer with or without the need for VM.
