I want to commission a programme that will download pdf files from publicly available document databases provided on specific websites (probably 3 websites) and create an internal database. Searching for documents will be done through search engines provided on the websites in question. The database created by the programme will include approximately 350,000-450,000 pdf files. An additional functionality (optional) would be the introduction of tools enabling sorting of the created database according to specific keywords. The programme will be used for internal purposes only.
