I need a plugin with the following operation:

Displays OpenStreetMap and on it points based on assigned posts to specific cities. When you click on a city, it should display a cloud with the name of the city and information sucked from the post (which I will add manually).

For example, an entry with the content: Plumber Krakow (has specific tel number and city and selected color). The plugin should cause a map with this point/icon to be displayed on the sub-page when clicked, the name, tel number and city should be displayed.
