Total square footage of the room: 278,59m2

Based on the floor plans, I need someone to help me lay out the space of the playroom, which is to consist of:

exercise room - 55m2

technical facilities 6m2

cafeteria + space for tables 65-70m2

restroom 10m2 or 2x 6m2

and a playroom 120-125m2

I don't have an idea for the interior design, I would like to do it according to current trends, I would be happy to hear suggestions.
