A brief description of the current procedure
When we receive the photos, we download the names of the photos into a worksheet, then we look at the photos and describe them in the worksheet by selecting from a drop-down list what plant and pot is in the photo. The excel functions help create a CSV for the function that performs the appropriate tasks on the server.
Our goal is to automate this process, if you have a good solution we are waiting for an offer. An advantage will be the possibility of our later intervention in the source code. Below is my idea.
Where the data comes from:
We can get the pot data via Prestashop API.
Plant data is downloaded from Google Sheets, the first data for products is created in AppSheet
Views:
The form view contains the fields [image name], [thumbnail image], [time taken], [Product1: Plant], [Product2: Pot].
The list view of the entered data allows you to quickly view the thumbnail and associated products, allows you to delete records.
