I am creating a website - graphics, template on my side - I will prepare everything so that you can go into production right away (currently there is no traffic/branding, so no risk).

I need a quote for each of the following items separately:
1. I need each blog post to be 50% visible to non-logged-in users, and the other 50% to be visible after paying for your account once (integration with Stripe I can do), I don't know if the rule about account validity is simple to implement or if you need to code something. If you need to buy some plugin for this, you can point me to it and I will buy it.
2) I need that in addition to this, anyone can buy credits on the site (1 dollar - 1 credit), packages I will set myself.
3. I need to create a tab/page for logged in people, where you can:
(a) put a link to YouTube - then the site should download subtitles from youtube in a txt file (youtube makes subtitles for English-language videos, you can now download them at https://downsub.com/sites/, for example). Then the text should be sent to OpenAI with a few commands from me, and from the result from OpenAI a new blog entry should be created automatically. The entry should contain the title of the video + cover from Youtube + link to YouTube as an introduction. It would be useful if after posting the link, the user immediately gets an email at what link the entry from his link will be.
(b) include a link to a subchaser with a particular podcast, e.g.: https://www.podchaser.com/podcasts/the-jordan-harbinger-show-625174/episodes/chris-fenton-chinas-harrowing-160974391
An example "downloader" is here: https://youtube4kdownloader.com/download/video/ (but it has a lot of ads). Once downloaded, the file should be sent to OpenAI (Whisper), which does a transcription, which goes back to OpenAI (as with Youtube) -> and creates an entry.
