GRAPHIC DRAFT A4 FORM (online distribution in PDF format)
creation of a draft form with approx. 30 fields to be filled in final in pdf format or online document.
data sections - personal and basic data, dimensional details, place of delivery
first two, especially the dimensional data, must have graphics of human figures with places and ways of measurement.
Graphics must provide for changing the language version PL, EN, DE, IT, etc.
We will provide substantive - content and descriptions of collected data.
Preferably, of course, integration with the pdf format.
