Need a customer service agent
Seeking a part-time customer service agent to manage all email-based support for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and experienced in e-commerce communication.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails
Look up orders, provide tracking updates, and resolve delivery inquiries
Update shipping addresses and process refunds, returns, and exchanges
Manage lost or delayed package cases and create replacement orders
Request for a quote for the month of work for the declared number of hours.
