Zakres zlecenia:

Część opisowa:

- Opis techniczny budynku, opis materiałów budowlanych, z których zostały wykonane poszczególne elementy budynku.

- Określenie lokalizacji geograficznej i lokalnej budynku.

- Podanie zajmowanej powierzchni działki i obiektu budowlanego.

- Wskazanie charakteru i rodzaju budynku (budynek mieszkalny, budynek gospodarczy).

- Określenie wysokości budynku.

Część kartograficzna:

- Graficzne rzuty działki w skali 1:500 z naniesionymi w jej obszarze obiektami budowlanymi z uwzględnieniem schodów, tarasów, ścieżek oraz innych obiektów typu śmietnik, szambo, studnia, ogrodzenie, podziemne i naziemne przyłącza oraz poziomy budynku z naniesionymi schodami.

- Graficzne rzuty w skali 1:50 lub 1:100 poszczególnych kondygnacji budynku

- Graficzne rzuty w skali 1:50 lub 1:100 dachu z uwzględnieniem, elementów więźby dachowej, przewodów kominowych i wentylacyjnych wraz ze wskazaniem sposobów odwodnienia dachu.
