Office interior design. There is one room 5x7 m, retro style, 1 brick wall, two balconies, townhouse.

I am looking for a solution based on the furniture I have plus a possible addition. I want to focus more on the color scheme of the walls, so that the space seems like an interesting whole, plus I need to separate a non-invasive part of the room with some wall of furniture or other idea. We have 5 desks ( including one place for the manager), I need a place with a sofa/chairs for clients, and a visually separated room for signing contracts, a closet for documents.

I am far from lamellas, concrete, marble and those atmospheres. Earl chairs are out :)

I would like to achieve a pleasant effect of exclusive retro but also a bit eclectic :) I'm looking for a ready-made solution in the sense without custom design of furniture, etc., I make no secret that I have a limited budget - I'm moving from a place in which I have already invested a lot...Photos of the office and furniture I will send to those interested.
