Job description
I am looking for a logistician/project manager to search, contact, verify and evaluate potential suppliers of raw livestock with certain parameters. Wanted suppliers are companies, cooperatives, associations, slaughterhouses and also directly farms primarily in Poland, but due to the demand for raw material also in neighboring countries and throughout Europe.
The project implementation will consist of:
- searching for suppliers according to the provided search criteria
- sending inquiries and establishing direct contact with suppliers
- making efforts through direct contact by phone and follow up in order to receive the most complete data and answers to the sent offers
- verification and evaluation of the responses received in accordance with the criteria
- to prepare a database of potential suppliers and update it on the basis of the received offers and logistical capabilities, together with the results of verification and evaluation of the supplier (min. 100 suppliers)
- planning the implementation of the project of procurement of raw material from selected suppliers
