SAP - Data migration from SAP to SAP S/4HANA.

We are looking for a coordinator/Menager/ who has experience and competence to manage the project to carry out data migration from SAP to SAP S/4HANA. The data migration is to be done in the form of “Contract for Work”.Please provide me with a unit price per data to be migrated . The total number of data to be migrated is in the range of 2 Mn - 3 Mn.
