I am looking for an architectural firm (architect + structural engineer) to prepare a project for remodeling the exterior wall of a semi-detached house. The project will consist of widening two window openings (as attached). I am looking for a company from Krakow or surrounding areas that can come to the site for a visual inspection. The project includes the creation of a full virtual walkthrough with the ability to move around the rooms and view the interior in 360°. In the task to make a 3D model and render to photorealistic quality. Specific requirements: -Compatibility with the construction documentation - visualization should be based on the provided projections, taking into account all dimensions, arrangement in the given style. -Viewpoints - each room should include a minimum of one and preferably two viewpoints so that the user can freely view the interior from different angles. -Visualization of 360° available in web browsers or in a dedicated app. -The furniture does not have to be publicly available for sale -The visualization is to be for a single-family building of 200m2. Hello. From my side I will prepare the measurement of the apartment and can send photos. I am a so-called Flipper and I am looking for permanent cooperation. The market is beginning to expect more and more from me and I am looking for someone who, based on the projection of the apartment with measurements and photos, will design my living room, kitchen and bathroom along with a shopping list for me and the carpenter. I would like to go in the style of Glamour - I like the realizations of HendiDesign but I see opinions are different of this designer. Due to the fact that this is an apartment for sale I also want it not to cost significantly more than I have paid so far for the finish - it may be a little more but not with exaggeration ....
