Job description
GSPS Dzieciom 2022 is a Polish speed-running charity event that will take place in early March. The order is to prepare some graphics for the event.
I am interested in designs and final preparation for printing (of course I will send requirements to the appropriate printing house for files) of the following elements:
- Wristbands - very simple design, but with the shortest deadline, because I care about ordering them on 13.02 - this printer cannot be trusted with deadlines. Simple, i.e. logo supplied by me + next to it an inscription being an expansion of the event name, the whole thing repeated twice on the whole wristband length.
- Badges - 10.5x7.5cm in size, containing the event logo, link to the website, perhaps an expansion of the name, participant's nickname, and their role. IMPORTANT: I will need a separate file for each participant (50-60 people) + a "blank" badge file on which you can put the participant's nickname with a marker. Until 14.02 participants can buy tickets using their nicknames on badges, so on 15.02 I will give the contractor the full list of participants and roles to generate files. I need the final files around 20.02.
- GSPS Children 2022 More ticket - in support of the foundation organizing the event, participants can buy a More ticket (limited to 20 pieces) and in the package, they get then an actual printed ticket. Such a commemorative ticket should contain a serial number from 1 to 20, event logo, dates of the event, buyer's nickname, thanks for your support. In this case, you will also need separate files for each of the 20 pieces, buyers' nicknames - as in the case of badges - I will provide on 15.02.
