I am looking for a person who will make a graphic design for a sticker in a similar style as in the attached file.

What should be on the sticker:

A girl surfing on a nail file with a note such as SAFETY FIRST.

alternatively, if any of you have a different idea for such a sticker then you are also welcome to contact us.
