Job description

I want to create a website based on a project in figma. It will contain animation of the book, I need a guideline in which program to make it blender/figma. The animation consists of an action when someone clicks on the book page and it scrolls to the next page. The site in general will be simple white with elements like just the book animation/contact tab. Those willing for longer freelance cooperation are also welcome to contact me :)

Currently, the database consumes resources which causes high maintenance costs and periodically “clogs up”. There are operations that cause a large number of calculations and consume 100% of server resources. The result is a slowdown in application performance. What is needed is a person who is very familiar with the SQL Azure environment and has experience in solving similar problems.
