SAP FI Technical Implementation Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules to meet business requirements. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful SAP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FI modules based on business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions while ensuring best practices are followed.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including finance and IT teams, to gather requirements and define functional specifications.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and reliability.

• Support data migration activities, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP FI functionality.

• Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules such as CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).

• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

• Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom enhancements or reports when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI implementation and configuration.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
