Job description
The design of the washing machine based on the visualization is to be done.
Input data for the project
● 3 pallets are to be washed one on top of the other
● drip tray under the whole machine
● manually hinged opening door
● all made of stainless steel
● 3 axes with washing nozzles
o 1. movable up-down nozzles in the corners (on one frame)
o 2. Horizontal axis - extending channel-shaped structure with nozzles for washing horizontal surface (maybe on sliding cable bearings). The pallet sheet is to be washed at the top and bottom.
o 3. Vertical axis - for washing the horizontal surface.
● OPTIONAL: Pallet rotation axis to use, for example, only one or two nozzles washing the pallet in the corners.
● Use linear plain bearings due to dirt.
● Drives on chain motors and with limiters.
● Gearmotor outside the housing preferably on top
● As required, nozzles on advancing cylinders (if using a single nozzle washing corners).
● Vertical nozzles on corners to operate on a single axis
● Service door at the rear of the machine - both washing systems on one or two sides - to be decided during the project.
● Hanging wires for nozzles (without guides).
● Operator panel - foresee and design the location
● Pump will be selected by the customer and will need to be placed
● Circulating water tank - this will be a drip tray at the same time.

● from the tray everything goes to the tank
● drip tray grille
● There will be three pumps:
o The first pump will pump water from the drip tray directly to the nozzles
o The second pump will suck clean water from the tank with clean demineralized water
o The third pump will pump from the very bottom without the waste ford filter to the external tank
● Tray water surface height sensor - e.g. vibrating will be selected or mechanical float
● The tray can be made of plastic - to be decided during the project
● Ears screw holes for suspension for transport.
