Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy

Ability to solve problems and handle complaints professionally

Basic computer skills and familiarity with support tools

Good time management and organizational skills

➕ Nice to Have:

Previous experience in customer support or help desk

Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk

Ability to work in different time zones
