I will commission the implementation of a user panel (as in the title can be in cms Wordpress so as not to do everything from scratch).

The panel should allow users to upload txt files with url links, the number of links that can be uploaded by the user is to be limited (depending on the purchased package - the packages will be assigned manually for each, along with the validity period). The links sent by the user will be further processed manually by me as the admin. Below is a more detailed specification

Required functions:

1. user registration, email+password + email address verification.(or use wordpress cms) 2. package orders from users I will accept by email, after the user pays the invoice I assign him a given limit of links to report (+date until when the package can use) 3.Upload links from .txt file by user, the system counts the number of lines in the file and deducts this number from the balance of the user. We do not check duplicate urls, etc, you will be able to submit a url multiple times and for each url we deduct from the package. If the file exceeds the available number of links in the purchased package, a message will pop up that the file exceeds the available package.
