I will commission a CMS implementation for a website made in HTML. The site is at the link: http://bit.ly/3px0luc
It cannot be a Wordpress or Jommel CMS.

CMS requirements:
1) The content management system (CMS) must allow for convenient editing of texts, graphics, inserting tables, and controlling links to internal pages. The CMS must allow, in particular:
a.adding, editing and deleting entire subpages,
b. posting, deleting photos,
c. adding, editing, deleting texts,
d. posting, deleting files to download.
2) CMS must provide different levels of access permissions to the website on at least two levels:
a. Administrator - a person responsible for managing the entire system, including creating, editing, deleting, publishing content, graphics, attachments, sections, subpages, adding and removing users and granting them access rights,
b. Editor - a person responsible for creating, editing, deleting, publishing content, graphics, attachments on specific subpages.
3) The content management system must have a built-in WYSWIG editor for content formatting. All operations on the content of the article should be carried out through this editor. The editor should also allow for free embedding
files, photos, etc.) in the content of the page without knowing the code of scripting languages and without having to enter paths to files located on the local file system
