I will commission a script or programmer with a simple GUI that checks if the links from my text file have cookies (cookies). The text file has UTF-8 encoding, and the text file has 30,000 links.

I currently check it by response header, but this is not an accurate method.

The script must have a timeout adjustment (how long I try to download the code for a specific page), and the number of attempts for a specific web page.

The script must be able to access pages with https, with a broken certificate.

Application/Script on Windows 10/11. programming language does not matter.

The application must run smoothly and if there would be an error in the application, the program skips the error and continues its operation.
