Preparation of several external visualizations of a development project of single-family houses on the basis of the design

Office interior design. There is one room 5x7 m, retro style, 1 brick wall, two balconies, townhouse. I am looking for a solution based on the furniture I have plus a possible addition. I want to focus more on the color scheme of the walls, so that the space seems like an interesting whole, plus I need to separate a non-invasive part of the room with some wall of furniture or other idea. I will commission the design of the common parts of the aparthotel building in terms of: two staircases, three repetitive corridors, entrance hall, elevator entrance housing. Staircases of 4 stories. Good day, I need a furniture design to make it easier to contact and quote with a carpentry company. Actually, the projections themselves with marked dimensions are enough for me. I have photos of the furniture and hand-drawn dimensions of each piece of furniture. Mostly it will be repetitive simple furniture, only the dimension will vary from room to room.
