Job description
We have a 4 year old non-working app( only works on my phone, I have the install file, access data for 3 types of clients, site base files but no database. It is written in Ionic system. There is a rest api.It appears that it is better to make a new one than to rescue a corpse but I rely on the opinions of specialists.
By design it is to be an application for communication between. Service administrator, customers and services/servers.
Functionalities for the customer:
1.Ability to create a service request (filling in the
table with data, adding a photo)
--Receipt of a proposed service date from the service technician
---Filling in a service visit by the service technician
(recalculation of km from the service to the location given by the customer,
Filling an interactive service report, which will be
available to the administrator and the customer, recalculation of costs for the
customer i.e. service hours+delivery+parts)
Registering in the system the account of the manager and the account of employees ( these would have restrictions, for example, to report service only from one location or orders up to a given amount).
