Process 2
- Change Led status to Winning
- Create a folder with customer data in sharepoint
- Generate Excel, Invoice and pdf documents
- Downloading the documents and submitting them for electronic signature
- Creating a separate folder in sharepoint with the signed documents
- Adding the documents to the above folder
- Adding the documents to the Lead in Salesforce
- Completing the commission data in the corresponding Excel sheet
Process 3
- Selecting the commission contractor
- Automatically sending an email to the contractor with an inquiry
- Confirmation of the deadline by the contractor
- Sending an email to the client with the completion date
- Adding photos of the protocols to sharepoint
- Generating an invoice
- Receiving notification of a new invoice
- Once the invoice is approved in ENOVA, adding the documents to salesforce
- Sending an email with the invoice to the client
