Job description
We are looking for a person(s) willing to undertake an AI-based project to read, analyze and respond to customer email inquiries.
The goal of the solution will be to automate the order analysis process by extracting key data from email content and attachments, such as dimensions, production techniques, preferred delivery dates, number of pieces and other relevant information, in order to calculate their price and send it automatically to the customer as part of the feedback.
We are interested in the development and implementation of models (NLP) for analyzing the content of e-mails, and the use of technology (e.g. OCR) and image recognition for processing attachments. It is possible to use off-the-shelf solutions, or possibly work on adapting them to the specifics of our business.
As part of the project, it may be necessary to:
1) Creating algorithms for price calculations based on the collected data.
2) Integrating the system with ERP/CRM tools.
3) Ensuring high accuracy and reliability of the system.
4) Compliance with data security and privacy standards.
