Job description
I will commission an attractive-looking architectural visualization of the Kamienna Residence apartment building that is being built in Szklarska Poręba. We are interested in about 10-12 views, including 1 or 2 night and winter views. Also, optionally, a short video clip with nice lighting - for example, the passage of the camera parallel to the building (the so-called slider movement) or the passage of the camera along an arc in relation to the vertical axis of the building - something of the type that we would like to put on the main page. On the visualization next to the building, we want to create a recreation area that is not included in the architect's model and would have to be created. We have already created visualizations for this apartment building, but we hurried up because it turned out that the project was not approved by the conservator of monuments. Unfortunately, the whole of Szklarska Poręba is under his "care" and the project had to be changed (now we have a valid building permit), so we are doing the visualization from scratch and I attach 3 views with the best view of the recreation area made for us earlier. Unfortunately, we do not have a model for this zone - the visualization was made about 3 years ago and the person who did it no longer has these files. I am asking for price offers and a presentation of the implementation portfolio, I would be interested in the implementation date up to 1 month.
