Job description
I will outsource the development of a mobile application designed mainly for tablets.
Functionality:
- the agent and the client offering the property or looking for the property reads the content of the contract, the agent fills in the fields that he can edit (personal data of the client and data of the property) and on the tablet they sign the contract,
- application gets another contract number from the pool of available numbers and gives this number to the contract,
- the application sends the contract to the email of the real estate agency, real estate agent and the client.
- The agent has a form available where he/she selects options for the property listing being sourced, can later add photos etc to the property card. This is a card that is synced with the agent's listings in the app and he can look at it when he enters the listing into the crmu that the real estate agency uses.
